Delete your LOKIO account
You can delete your LOKIO account and all data tied to it at any time. Here is how to do it, what gets removed, and what we keep and for how long.
1Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open LOKIO and go to the Profile tab.
- Open account settings and choose Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and queued for permanent erasure.
2No access to the app?
Email us from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm your identity and process the request within 30 days.

- Your account and login identity.
- Your profile: name, avatar, bio, links and badges.
- Pins you created and your replies in threads.
- Your chats and messages.
- Device and session data associated with you.
What we keep, and for how long
- A 30-day recovery window: the account is soft-deleted first, then permanently erased. This protects you against accidental or hostile deletion.
- Purchase and transaction records (e.g. reach boosts) for as long as required by law and store policies.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
After the 30-day window, deletion is irreversible. Pins and threads in LOKIO expire on their own regardless of account status.
